Bilal Ahmad Mir serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EDOT DEV, where he is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s day-to-day operations. Leadership & Operational Responsibilities:

In his role as COO, Bilal Ahmad Mir oversees internal operations, project execution, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure seamless workflows and timely delivery of services. He is responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance frameworks that align with the organization’s objectives.
